This Fri

day, November 15th, New Yorkers are being given the chance to hear about how the creative process works and then participate in a collaborative art making project lead by the presenters. If this sounds like a perfect night for you, read on and then head down to Dean Street (between Franklin and Classon) Friday.

The Moleskine Salon and Mike Perry are inviting people to join them while they investigate the creative process. This Brooklyn, New York event will consist of three presenters who will reveal the essence of their creative process with powerpoint presentations. These presentations will be followed immediately by conversation, question and answer and a collaborative art making project lead by all of the presenters.

Here’s a little about each presenter:

Mike Perry: is a designer and artist of all disciplines. He draws, paints, illustrates and animates. As the creative force behind Wondering Around Wandering, his work has been published and exhibited worldwide.

Archie Lee Coates IV: is a designer, curator and co-owner of The Office of Playlab, Inc.

Dr. Barnaby Ruhe: Artist and writer. Art faculty member at NYU’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study.

Clearly, these three powerhouses will have more than enough fascinating information to impart. Seems like an event not to be missed.
